Set up:

  1. Obtain zip
  2. Extract zip and insert to assets folder
  3. Add to server.cfg

For those who put the props in one other folder, you need to edit the fxmanifest:
data_file 'DLC_ITYP_REQUEST' 'stream/bzzz_props_gardenpack.ytyp'
