Water world!
An amazing resource made by @Kevin_M16 but not yet released. To bring the word out I contacted Kevin and asked him to spread the word. He allowed me to share his resource with all of you.

Description
AFTER a server restart your world is either under water or there could be no water at all! You decide when configuring the water.xml file.
Features
- Configure the water.xml and restart your server to apply changes. (includes instructions in the file)
- Define the water and wave height to your desire.
Disclaimer
I do not offer support for this resource. I just release it because I’ve been researching whether it is possible to dynamically change the water level without restarting the server. The answer is no.

This would be amazing if this could be triggered to happen
